Vijaykumar Sanap

Vijay is the director of Techbean. He along with Vikas Gandhi founded Techbean in 2011.

An experienced Instrumentation Engineer, having worked for over 30 years in the fields of Industrial Automation, Building Automation, HVAC and ELV Systems.

Prior to co-founding Techbean, he was the Director – Global Center of Excellence in Engineering at Johnson Controls for seven years. He led the organization from the front and received several accolades at a global level.

He also worked with Tata Honeywell for 13 years, in a variety of roles. He last served as the General Manager and BU Head for Global Engineering Services – Home and Building Controls BU. He was also part of the leadership team who set up Global Services SBU for Honeywell, India.

Vijay began his career as a Lecturer in Instrumentation at the reputed College of Engineering Pune. He has always believed in the growth and development of those around him, be it his students or his team of professionals.
