The Aim of project to create Luxury and Security in Home by providing full control of Lighting, Curtain, Home appliances and security system on Smart Keypads, Remotes and Mobile Phone. Also to provided better connectivity with Dlink networking and Intercom (EPABX) system.
Client Requirement
Client needed automation for lighting, curtain and some of the home appliances. Strong Local Area Network for better connectivity. For security purposes, client needed Video Door Phone for all 6 floors with intercom to connect with Main Gate.
Visit Details
Requirement of client was understood by our engineers through a series of meetings with client and its architects. Techbean designed the system keeping in mind reliability of system, the ease of operation by user, minimum maintenance requirements and protection against vandalism of the system.
SCADA BMS Details OF INA BEARING
Following systems available at INA Bearing which were integrated to BMS:
- Pump room- Fire Pump, Jockey Pump, Water Pump, 3 tanks level sensors.
- Compressors, UPS, DG Set, MPDBs, Main DB energy meters, Solar meter, Lighting DB DALI controller, Humidity sensors on MODBUS
- HT Board, Transformers, Incomer Breaker contacts, RTDs as Hardpoints.
Solution
- ABB’s Switch actuators for switching on and off Lights, home appliances like Fan, AC, TV etc.
- ABB’s Dali based Dim Actuator to Dim and On/Off dimmable magnet lights, chandelier and other dimmable lights.
- ABB’s intrusion Actuator with motion sensors, magnetic locks, panic switches, hooters for Burglar alarm or theft detection.
- ABB’s Premium range Prion & Triton keypads to ease of operate all above appliances, lights and Intrusion Alarm system
- *RockerX* KNX based Home automation app.
- Motion sensors in bathroom to On/Off Lights.
- D-link Routers and Access points in every room for internet connectivity and to operate whole automation from mobile via RockerX app.
- Honeywell Video door phone.
- Crystal make Intercom System (EPABX) devices to communicate in between rooms of apartment.
Handover Process
Programming of Home Automation System was completed based on various operational inputs from client. All the systems were commissioned and tested for operation. After satisfactory performance, same were demonstrated to client. Client was given thorough training on all the system.
A set of handover documents was submitted to the customer. This included the detailed logic & description of all systems, system architecture and layout drawing, Single Line Drawing, Intercom dial numbers, operation of each system & Keypad configurations of system, maintenance manual, and Escalation Matrix of support team.
