Job location: Pune

Experience Required: 2 year
Educational qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

Main responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
    • Account and Ledger Entry
  • Invoicing
    • Timely invoicing
    • Accuracy of invoices raised
  • Purchase
    • Timely raising of Purchase Orders
    • Able to negotiate with the vendor
    • Accuracy of PO’s raised
    • Vendor Management
    • Stores
    • Inventory Management
    • Proper Planning and timely Purchase of Raw Material
    • Timely dispatch of material
    • Proper maintenance of material inward and outward register
  • General Admin
    • Office Upkeep and other general admin activities

Skills required:

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

  • A team player & an initiator
  • Organized
  • Ability to deliver under pressure
